I had a wonderful experience working with Jearina from Sanctuary Counselling.

She was incredibly patient, and I truly felt heard and understood during our session. Through a video observation, she provided a clear and practical "blueprint" for

how I could better support my

elder daughter, Clare.

 

Since applying some of the strategies Jearina shared — such as encouraging Clare to make her own choices and regularly checking in with her — I’ve already noticed significant improvements. Clare has become more engaged, shows fewer attitude issues, and her moods have noticeably improved. She is also more willing to participate in the learning tasks we set for her.
