This led me to create Sanctuary — a space where children, parents, and individuals
can feel genuinely seen and supported. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in
Counselling Psychology from the College of Allied Educators, and through
counselling and personalised Blueprint Reports, I help families better understand
their children so they can support them with greater clarity, empathy, and confidence.
Writing and teaching have also remained close to my heart. I believe creative writing offers children and individuals a gentle and meaningful way to explore their inner world, discover their voice, and build self-confidence.
My hope is that everyone who comes to Sanctuary feels reassured, cared for, and empowered to grow. With compassionate guidance and deep listening, I believe every individual has the potential to thrive with confidence, fulfilment, and a stronger sense of self.

With over 25 years of experience as an early childhood educator, I have always believed that before a child can learn, they must first feel safe, heard, and understood. Throughout my years working with children and families, I saw how many children carried worries too heavy for their age, while parents often felt uncertain about how best to support them.
