That is why I created Sanctuary — a place where children, parents,

and individuals can feel understood. Through counselling and personalised

Blueprint Reports, I help families see their children more clearly, so that they

can meet them where they are. When a child feels truly seen, they are free to grow

— not only in school, but in life.

Sanctuary is also a space for creative writing. Teaching and writing have always been my second love — something I cannot run away from. They have shaped who I am and how I work with children. Writing gives both children and individuals a safe way to explore their inner world, discover their voice, and build confidence. For me, it is not just a tool, but a joy I bring into the work of helping others feel

seen and heard.

My hope is that every parent, child, and individual who comes to Sanctuary feels reassured, cared for, and supported.

With gentle guidance and deep listening, I believe everyone has the potential to thrive with a sense of fulfilment and confidence.

For over 25 years, I have taught and walked alongside children, and one truth has always stood out: before a child can learn, they must first feel safe, heard, and cared for. Too often, I saw children carrying worries too big for their age, and parents waiting anxiously, unsure how to reach them.
