Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Sanctuary Counselling & Learning Pte Ltd (“Sanctuary”, “we”, “our”).
By booking a counselling session, Blueprint Report, or workshop with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Sanctuary provides:
Individual counselling sessions
Talks and workshops for parents and individuals
Blueprint Reports to help parents better understand and support their children
Blueprint Reports are based on observations, conversations, and developmental insights. They are intended as guidance and support, not diagnostic or medical assessments.
2. Confidentiality
All sessions and reports are confidential. Exceptions apply if:
there is risk of harm to yourself or others,
we suspect abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable person, or
disclosure is required by law.
3. Online Sessions
Most counselling is held via Zoom or similar secure platforms. While reasonable steps are taken to protect confidentiality, clients are responsible for ensuring their own privacy during sessions. Sessions are never recorded without consent.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
Sessions are by appointment only.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a counselling session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
For talks and workshops, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
5. Refunds
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions:
Counselling: fees non-refundable once a session is completed; cancellation rules apply.
Blueprint Reports: non-refundable once work has begun; 48h grace period for cancellation if no work started.
Talks/Workshops: deposits non-refundable; full/partial refunds possible depending on cancellation date.
6. Emergencies
Sanctuary is not a 24/7 crisis service. In an emergency, please contact:

7. Liability
Counselling requires personal responsibility and effort. Sanctuary Counselling & Learning and its counsellors are not liable for outcomes beyond professional boundaries.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, including Blueprint Reports, handouts, and resources, remain the intellectual property of Sanctuary. They are prepared for the private use of the client and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
Refund Policy
At Sanctuary Counselling & Learning Pte Ltd, we value the commitment of time, space, and preparation that goes into each session, report, or event. This policy is designed to be clear and fair to both clients and Sanctuary.
1. Counselling Sessions
Fees paid for completed sessions are non-refundable.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
Missed sessions without notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
2. Blueprint Reports
Fees for Blueprint Reports are non-refundable once work has begun, as each report is tailored and written individually.
If you wish to cancel a Blueprint Report request, you may do so within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, provided no work has started.
Once a draft or completed report has been delivered, no refunds will be given.
3. Talks and Workshops
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in a talk or workshop. This covers venue booking, preparation, and administrative costs.
A full refund (excluding deposit) is available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the programme start.
A 50% refund (excluding deposit) applies for cancellations made 7–13 days before the programme start.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the programme start.
4. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
